If a signed service agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

WebRaut offers website and software development, cloud and infrastructure solutions, managed IT and networking, and digital growth services. Service availability, features, technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables depend on the agreed scope.

03. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and project information, cooperate with reasonable onboarding and support requests, maintain appropriate credentials and backups where assigned to them, and use services lawfully.
Customers are responsible for content, data, software, and activities under their accounts unless a written agreement expressly assigns a responsibility to WebRaut.

Services must not be used for spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, unlawful content distribution, intellectual-property infringement, or other illegal or abusive activity.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate protective action, including restricting access or suspending an affected service, where permitted by the applicable service agreement and law.
05. Fees, invoicing and taxes
Fees, billing cycles, setup charges, renewal terms, applicable taxes, and payment deadlines will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Prices shown in marketing materials may change before an order is accepted.
Non-payment may result in service restrictions or suspension where provided for in the applicable agreement.
06. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation notice periods, eligibility for refunds, non-refundable charges, and treatment of prepaid services depend on the product and the specific written order or service agreement.
No universal money-back guarantee or fixed refund period is promised by this page. Customers should review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before purchasing.
07. Delivery, maintenance and availability
Project milestones and estimated delivery dates depend on scope, approvals, content readiness, and third-party dependencies. Any guaranteed uptime, response time, or service credits apply only if stated in a separate service-level agreement.
Maintenance, emergency changes, provider outages, network failures, and events outside reasonable control can affect service availability.
08. Intellectual property
WebRaut retains rights in its website, branding, pre-existing tools, methods, and materials. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables, source code, design assets, and third-party components is determined by the applicable project agreement.
Customers must have the rights required to provide any content, trademarks, data, or materials used in a project.
